Patios are back! Existing patios in the City are opening up again. The St. Thomas Downtown Development Board is also supporting five downtown businesses to build patios. Soon, you will be able to visit Bella Jacks Mexican Cantina, Streamliners Espresso Bar, Why Not Cookies Cafe, The Bistro, the St. Thomas Roadhouse and enjoy their new patios. One way they are going to do this is to make the decision making process for patio applications quicker, by streamlining them through the Chief Building Officer, until January 2021.
Public Art Installation recognizes long term relationship between City and County
